As a Dis-Chem Health MyHealth policyholder, you have access to doctors online through virtual consultations. You can get scripts for medicine, or referrals for x-rays and blood tests if needed.
Prime Cure Virtual Doctor Consultations allows you to consult doctors with a video call or telephone call to receive the care you need.
Doctor consultations online are available immediately, even if you are in an active Waiting Period on your Policy.
Prescription and Over the Counter medication will not be covered if you are in a Waiting Period.

The doctors near you consultation fee is included in your premium if you have medical insurance, or if you include Lifestyle Benefits with a Gap or Accident Cover plan.
Our network of virtual doctors online is available Monday to Thursday from 11:00am to 16:00pm and Fridays from 08:00am to 12:00pm.
*Active Policyholders have access to Doctor/GP Virtual Consultations subject to the GP limits as per your plan type.
Once you complete the online form, we will send you an email and SMS confirming your appointment. If you have selected a virtual consultation, the email and SMS you receive will contain the link that will be used to join your session.
